Troubleshooting Tips for Digital Downloads

If you are experiencing problems downloading your digital download, please try these troubleshooting tips.

• Generally, when you click the link in your delivery email, the file will open in a new tab within your browser as seen below.

• If it does not, it may open in the bottom of your browser.

• Lastly, if your file does not open in the previous suggestions, you may need to open your Downloads Folder and sort by most recent.
